Data Analyst – URPP Human Reproduction Reloaded

As part of the URPP Human Reproduction Reloaded (H2R), I conduct statistical analyses of the CHARLS survey – a representative population survey in Switzerland on reproduction, family, and society.
CHARLS Data Centre
Management of the central CHARLS Data Centre: coordination and documentation of data requests from various H2R members and sub-projects, recodings and data preparation, maintenance of an overview document (name, sub-project, research question, variables, type of analysis).
Thematic Analyses
- Egg donation: Linear regression analyses on population attitudes (donor burden, motherhood conception, identity formation). Results tables for an interdisciplinary manuscript with Prof. Dr. Brigitte Leeners (USZ reproductive medicine).
- Miscarriage: Frequency distributions, mean comparisons, and regression analyses on reproductive loss and gender differences. Collaboration with Larissa Fritsch.
- Religion & ART: Binary and ordinal analyses on the relationship between religion and assisted reproductive technologies, in collaboration with Dr. Michael Braunschweig (social ethics).
- CRISPR: Provision and analysis of relevant items on genome editing.
- Moratorium on reproductive medicine: Text analysis of a moratorium document in collaboration with PD Dr. Tanja Krones (USZ).
